Aston Manor takes versatile Leopard
Birmingham-based Aston Manor Coaches has taken delivery of a new Plaxton Leopard.
The 72-seat, 12.8m coach is based on a Volvo B8 chassis with I-Shift transmission and has air-conditioning throughout, DVD and monitoring systems, and reversing cameras.
The latest addition to Aston Manor’s fleet will operate on a range of activities, including airport transfers, corporate work, weddings, sports events, school and college contracts, and rail replacement services.
“I like the flexibility of the Leopard, which can operate on all sorts of activities,” says Aston Manor’s Ali Nazir. “It combines luxury and performance with reliability and proven technology. We are a fast-growing business servicing major locations such as the airport, the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham City Centre, the International Convention Centre and the National Indoor Arena, so we need vehicles that offer multiple solutions.
“The Leopard fits the bill perfectly and has slipped seamlessly into our extended fleet.”
